Ability Indiana

The Ability Indiana Committee, established under IC 16-32-2, is responsible for oversight of all activities under the Ability Indiana Program. The committee approves products and services, reviews pricing and assures that the Certified Ability Indiana Organizations are qualified. It encourages state and local governments to purchase through the Program.

The Committee consists of representatives from:

The Indiana Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services
The Indiana Department of Administration
The Governor's Council for People with Disabilities
The Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction
The Indiana State Department of Health
Three members appointed by the Governor to represent the public at large.
